We all love cider — especially ERIS ciders — as-is. Cider is delicious!

But cider is also very versatile, as libations go. We combine cider with beer for snakebites, and when it comes to cocktails it’s a whole new world! ERIS’s bar director will talk you through which spirits lend themselves well to cider and which ones to avoid. After sampling various liquors we’ll build a cocktail together.
